The scope of services for each client will be defined in a separate Service Agreement or proposal prior to work commencing.
To ensure the best results, clients agree to:

Respond to communications in a timely manner
Grant necessary access to tools, platforms, and documents as required
Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
CG Your Partner takes confidentiality seriously. All client information, business data, records, and documents shared during the course of services will be:
Kept strictly confidential
Never shared with third parties without explicit written consent
Stored securely using organized naming conventions and protected platforms
Used solely for the purpose of delivering agreed services
Portfolio samples displayed on this website use sample data only and do not contain real client information.
Payment terms, rates, and schedules will be outlined in the individual Service Agreement provided to each client before work begins. General terms include:
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing
Late payments may result in a pause of services
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Service Agreement
Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of CG Your Partner and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Systems, templates, and SOPs created specifically for a client become the property of that client upon full payment. General templates and frameworks remain the intellectual property of CG Your Partner.
CG Your Partner will perform all services with care, diligence, and professionalism. However, we are not liable for:
Business outcomes or financial results resulting from services provided
Losses caused by inaccurate information provided by the client
Delays caused by client unresponsiveness or failure to provide required materials
Technical issues outside of our control (e.g., platform outages)
Either party may terminate the service agreement with reasonable written notice as specified in the individual Service Agreement. Upon termination:
All outstanding payments become immediately due
Completed work will be delivered to the client
All confidential information will be handled as per the confidentiality terms above
